They clearly want her to be the next generation of Perfect Paragon of Justice that Peggy Carter came across as, but Sharon has grown up in a completely different world than her great-aunt did. What Peggy though of SHIELD’s Hydra infiltration, we never got to see, but Sharon lived it.

Indeed, if we’re being honest about Sharon’s origin story, she was introduced as a SHIELD agent who was living next door to Steve Rogers and lying to him about nearly everything. 

I’m in favor of more “team-up” movies with two characters in the title. 

Agents of Shield, by season 3 or 4, had developed the amazingly perfect “pod” story structure, where they would do min-arcs that lead into each other. The Life-Model Decoy arc lead into The Framework/Hydra arc lead into the Ghost Rider arc, and they all culminated in a grand finale. Then for some reason this feature…

I’m a little worried about a Secret Invasion show now. That feels like it should be an Avengers-level movie impact with as many stars as possible roped in, even just for little cameos. I feel like the scope of a streaming series might actually be too small now, having seen how they had to slice up TF&TWS episode-wise. 

I’ve been hoping that this series would lead to this news and I am glad to not be disappointed. The MCU could do a lot worse than a Sam Wilson trilogy of movies. Can’t wait to see Torres back as New Falcon!

Something tells me a lot of your lost arguments result in you falling back on personal insults. 

Am I supposed to applaud your oh-so-late realization that corporations can have motivations just as self-interested as individual people? As though individuals never align themselves with a cause because they think it might make them popular...

A corporation is just one version of “a collection of people with a common purpose.” They have every right to weigh in on issues the same as anyone else. “Stick to business” comes across as pretty fucking stupid here.

Sorry but “integrity” and “accusations based on 3 year old hearsay” are mutually exclusive concepts. 

Oh spare us the virtue signaling already. Interchangeability among Hollywood actors is a real thing and any casting agent will tell you that. Just ask Dermot Mulroney and Dillan McDermott.
