The reality is that “gossip” is just another word for “bully,” and it’s not a good look to be bullying anyone any more, even celebrities.

Didn’t they announce that Loki is already renewed for a season 2? I thought I read that somewhere...
It’s funny about the LotR comparisons because every time I see Darkseid all I can think is, “They have a cave troll.”
Technically, tFtWS is about 5-6 hours long. Disney was just willing to pay its actors enough to split it into multiple episodes where WB wasn’t.
And there’s already a “Poor Snyder, people don’t treat him fairly” thread going here.
Found the incel pity party!
Personally I would love to see the “Captain America” franchise continue as a focus on Sam Wilson. Thor is already going beyond the traditional trilogy structure, after all.
I like the current set-up because it’s basically a low-key Marvel Team-Ups factory that you wouldn’t see in the traditional movie structure.
How is no one talking about how bad Darkseid looks? One of the reviews says that Snyder is trying to make his “Lord of the Rings;” is that why Darkseid comes across looking like a low-rent cave troll??
I’m sure we’re all going to be eating such crow next Monday when the HBO Max subscriber numbers come in and we get to see the combined force of the pro-Synder fans...
This is also another Snyder-boosting article from the same io9 blogger who tried yesterday to re-write history and portray Avengers: Age of Ultron, which grossed literally twice as much at the box office as Justice League, as a “failure.”
See: the Illuminati; Planet Hulk; most comic-book decisions made by Stephen Strange.
WandaVision’s filming was also one of the earlier productions to be affected by covid, which changed their ability to film groups together, necessitating some major changes in their story towards the finale.

There’s a certain irony, at least to me, that the Fisher assault on Whedon’s entire existence is actually causing people to rethink the mistaken assumption that AoU was a bad movie. And Whedon hasn’t even had to say a single word in his own defense in the face of Fisher overloading on his attacks to the point of sheer…
For the life of me I can’t fathom why Whedon took the JL job.
Just by basic journalism standards io9 shouldn’t be peddling in third-hand accounts from a clearly biased source like Ray Fisher.
Listen, I know that cast members were asked about theories involving Mephisto and Nightmare and stuff like that, because that’s how stupid nerd media reacts to projects like this, but I very much doubt they were mentioning those things unprompted.
So apparently when Meghan “ghosted” him he was still married at the time, so his gripe with her boils down, “She wouldn’t help me cheat on my wife.” What an exemplar of British morality, this one...
How confusing must that set be sometimes, with an actor named Jordan playing a character named Jonathan and another actor playing a character named Jordan?
