Its an airport. He was probably on the wall of some nearby control tower or terminal building.
Just a reminder, Deadpool’s eyes are in fact based on Spider-Man’s. And as for doing it in a movie, Civil War began production years ago and the eye effects were almost certainly done long before Deadpool was released.

if she is a reincarnation of The Hero, which is what every Link has been, then yes she is exactly just a female Link.
