Look, at this point, I just want a film that is mildly good (about 47 Ronin ish quality), so that I can show my parents what FMA is about. They, for some reason, think that it is garbage. But, they refuse to watch the original or Brotherhood.

Slightly off-topic, but can we please get a remake of Shin Megami Tensei If...? I mean, they like remaking the rest of the series, which I’m cool with, but I want it in English, and Aeon Genesis is never going to finish it.
Okay, I’ve realized that they may have changed, but seeing Studio Deen still making anime triggered me the same way Gary triggers Kirito.
Hey, I like Big Bang. It reminds me of my friends and I goofing off.
Bingo. My personal rule of thumb is that if the villain has a lot of power, he will know he is evil for the lulz. If he doesn’t, or haves a clear goal (STID Khan, for instance), they think they are doing the right thing.
Now you have done it, Slicetoast. Prepare to feel my wrath, because you have reminded me that WE AREN’T GETTING A SEQUEL TO MAN FROM UNCLE!!!
I’ve always found the Shrek movies to be overhyped Disney parodies. I’m glad that they were successful, because otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten the good Dreamworks films like Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, Rise of the Guardians, and the Croods. I’d rather see more of those than a new Shrek.
San Fransokyo, anyone?
It kinda of sounds like they should have just did what they did with Edge of Tomorrow/All you need is kill. Adapt it to New York (Or LA, or Chicago, or...), then you can hit the same beats as the original story, with a few nods to the original.
Man, the graphics on TWEWY 2 look incredible!

I would claim that Pacific Rim is a counter-argument to Evangelion. On the surface, they are the same: Giant Robots fight off Giant Aliens who inexplicably attack only certain cities. But the point of Evangelion (at least what I got) was that humans were jerks who only think of themselves and use each other. Pacific…
It was both. Novel first, but I read the manga because it had great art.
As one of the few who liked BvS, SS, and MoS (I like dark hero stories, Snyder’s style clicks with me, and I’m more forgiving than the general public), Justice League looks intriguing. I grew up watching the cartoon, and always adored Superman. The fact he’s gone when they start... I am ready to see.
Unpopular (and slightly irrelevant) opinion, but I hate that Final Fantasy XI and XIV are subscribtion based MMOs. I don’t care how good they are, I don’t want to play with people, I need to be able to play offline (most of my gaming is done on the bus), and I want to enjoy them. I would straight up buy the Final…
Wait, hold up. The Urobutcher is writing this flick? *goes check IMDb for sure*
My bad, I was quickly reading and commenting on it in math, so I basically skimmed over it. Thanks, Ka Mai.
YAY!!! I’ll be sure to hit this up when I get home. Any news if you have to get back to the original chapter 13 to play this, or will you be able to select it from the menu?
