The last time Stellantis developed a diesel for the US market it resulted in criminal charges on top of civil fines.

this is why I am skeptical when my state chose to drop tailpipe emissions testing and revert back to trusting the diagnostic systems after already switching back to tailpipe emissions testing when dieselgate broke. you just can't trust the onboard sensors blindly when it seems any company is willing to put defeat…
The second person you described also likes to refer to everybody else as “entitled”, failing to see the irony
It would be super cool, but since it’s not homogenized for any class or rulebook it’s not technically “fair” If it was up to me I would have homogenized the car to the same spec to show that Americans can engineer and compete on a level playing field. Nascar has decided instead to race a faster car to make a…
What model of scooter is this? Despite the persistent “moped” terminology, scooters these days overlap with motorcycles in size and power, and in many or most states, the more powerful ones are allowed on the freeway.
Tesla: I don’t know why our sales are slumping
Drive the hell out of them, no pun intended, until they are too broke to be driven any more sounds like a fun plan to me. The profit was the shouts of yeehaw we made along the way, I guess.
Step1 : steal cars
Such a professional job without a plan of what to do with the cars afterwards
having grown up in the south in the late 20th century, i have the impression that Corvette doods like Corvettes and don’t cross-shop other models.
To me the Corvette’s single biggest appeal is that it’s traditionally offered Ferrari/Porsche performance at a much lower cost. I know sticker is like $140k or something, but it’s bizarre to me that anyone is willing to pay well over $200k for one. You’re actually in new Ferrari territory at that point. At $140k yes,…
Good. Flippers add zero value but drive up prices and inflate demand. May they all lose their shirts.
[insert “Good” meme here]
As a former Honda MB-5 owner, I highly approve of this motorcycle.
Bungee an old milk crate to that rack, and hang this thing off the back of any but the smallest of RVs. Perfect little local runabout.
Carbs work until they don’t, but I’ve never had EFI fail. I have three motorcycles, (2 EFI 1 carb) and the fuel injected ones are simply a superior experience. No fiddling with a choke, better fuel economy, and seasonal layup becomes a non-issue.
Came here to post this, not at all mad I got beat to it. Fuck sellers like this and this tells me all I need to know about the car.
This is the era of VW that scarred a lot of us GenX’ers. I don’t have a huge entourage of friends, but there was a point when 5 or 6 of them had Golfs or Jettas of this era. I wanted a Golf, but being the cautious type I pivoted to Mazda. None of them ever owned a VW again (except 1 glutton for punishment in a…
Nope.
I am SO confused. Salvage title almost always signals RUN without further explanation of the accident/flooding/whatever.
