Man Guy Ritchies first two movies were awesome. After that it gets a bit erratic, but he does pull off some good movies that are both well made and succesful (Sherlock Holmes, etc . . .).

TBH I am a bit shocked at this point that the MCU hasnt really addressed the villain issue, ie that they are badly written and paper thin in chracterization, by this point.
Overall I dont disagree with you, but here I think it worked. It served to make the planet very different, but not unintelligable, to the audience. It also didnt overstay its welcome, though, as it moved on to a fight scene pretty rapidly.
Which mostly worked, I think?
I am sure Hallelujah is being saved for the second half!
No, it looked awful. To the point that my wife, who is way more generous to things like this, said as much to me during the scene, which she rarely does.
That then goes on to glorify the fascist icon Spartans and spends not one second interrogating that idea.
Man I really really hope that this is great.
Man that “children of the Revolution” cover is simultaneously terrible and the most Snyder thing EVER!
Which is a Cowboy remake of:
Really think they just needed to give Dar Ben a solid monologue to one of the characters explaining herself to either Kamala or Monica, where she comes off as more sympathetic.
Only bad CGI i noticed was the Statue of Liberty in Act 3, but other than that, I was pretty pleased with what they put on the screen.
No worries.
Yep, I was mistaken.
Lol no worries. I was mistaken and have accepted my penance.
Arguably his comment about it was far worse than just going “Nope” or “Yeah, it was good”.
If they made a Defector for a combo of i09 and Av Club subjects, I would definitely visit it, and would consider subscribing to comment.
Yeah MosBen pointed that out too. I always think the contracts are longer because they usualy are renewed without issue and you only hear about them every 10-15 years or so when there is a problem.
The movie was announnced well before the show premiered, iirc.
Yeah I always forget that they only do 3 year increments because there is usually so long between conflict on the contracts.
