It would be hilarious if he was in the episode but not as Khan!

Yeah anyone who isnt going to watch because Geralt is no longer Cavill is not going to have their mind changed by this.
Nice Panels, BTW, thanks!
I am ok with a movie where Superman struggles, both in the cape and as Clark.
One of those two companies is desparate to but its current movies behind them.
My point still stands, the reference for the DCEU was 100% those darker, more violent comics. That made the DCEU from its inception not really for children.
Which is kind of what happened.
Sorry, best they can do is a Waterworld reboot. Basically the same, right?
It kind of follows from what DC has done to their comics though. They are not made for children any more.
“While i think that Gunn will help right the DC movie ship... I feel like a few the of first movies might need some gimmick type action set pieces. Along the lines of Tom Cruise/James Cameron movies... stunts/excellent CGI/something... a gimmick that people come out of the theater saying you have to see it on a big…
Top Gun also played to middle America very well, and that is a market that feels it is under seige (in their minds) and underserved by Hollywood, which I think is true.
The problem with DC movies is that they are never focusing on making the movie the BEST movie it can be. It is always mired in either shared universe setup or the weird MULTIVERSE obsession the studio has. It Always derails the current movie.
Shazam 1 made money. Aquaman and the first WW too.
Imho here are 2 VERY different things going on here.
Even if that is true, the plan is TERRIBLE. Lets let our sworn enemies run everything for 1000 years that then we get say 25!
Yeah at this point the studios dont really have the practical effects infrastructure to go back to that as a way to wait out the Union, so they would be 100% crippled for all of their Tentpole movies, which is where a lot of the studios profits come from.
All of those ideas about the sith vs jedi are really poorly thought out.
You know . . . it’s almost like the Studios dont actually have the VFX workers best interests at heart here.
Well originally the plan was Keaton would come back as old man Wayne and instead of mentoring Mcginniss (sp?) he was going to mentor Batgirl as his replacement.
You know, you CAN love the final product and still be dissapointed with how the studio abuses the VFX workers.
