Isz is not so bad, except for some high damage snipers and my least favorite enemy in the game being common. The big group of them in Unseen village is the most terrifying mob in the game, IMO. For a bunch of insane rural women being used as vessels for biological and cosmic horrors, they have an incredible command of tactical combat.
