Our forefathers trusted nobody. The government has three branches to keep all powers in check. They didn’t trust the plebeians anymore than the elites. Trump and Brexit are excellent reminders as to why we have an imperfect representative republic rather than direct democracy. People are far too fickle and stupid.

That argument makes sense for any election that doesn’t include the words Donald Trump.

I could not agree more. Everyone keeps saying how she will crush trump if turnout is the same as it was for Obama. Who is going to count on 93% african american turn-out for an old white southern lady? Just cause the other guy is racist?

It’s true. He is, after all, doing very well with “the Mexicans”.

1.89 for a Large around here. Gas is 2.80.

Well if you go before noon after an evening w/o a heavy dew you could just ask if they were picked the same day.

Disagree. A corolla just plain wears out before it breaks. Why would I fix a squeak in the drum breaks if it isn’t broken? Rust on a 13 yr old car? Nopes.

Current macbook pro basically came out in 2012. What was there one minor speed bump since then? Not supporting the 2010 macbook pro is kind of like not supporting an iPhone 5s. They just stopped selling that a few months ago.

I tend to agree, but is 85 degrees during the day seriously cruel and unusual punishment? Cause it’s a job requirement for a hell of a lot of people.

My point is, that you should. This is a representative democracy. They are responsible for the broken system.

How do you calculate the expected value of a government benefit subject to change? It’s impossible!

I would disagree. This system has been broken since its inception. It’s been well documented since the early 1980s. In the same way young people are now saying I don’t count on SSI. These people should have been saying the same thing almost 40 years ago.

Kale, lettuce for farmers that don’t know how to farm.

It’s true green onions are a particularly invasive weed.

Or we could develop monitors/sensors that actually work first. My sister trusted hers (I don’t know why) and blindly used it w/o a real gauge to lower her tire pressure. The next day her tire lost bead on the highway due to low pressure.

Most transactions are cards that are credit only, right? I’ve never used a debit card to buy something. Is that weird?

I’m assuming the only complaint here are debit cards being used as credit cards?

He pontificates financial security in a one dimensional way. Rather than attempt to educate the public on how to efficiently use and eliminate debt. Someone has a $30,000 in high interest credit card debt. Obviously you should avoid paying off your 30% APY credit card debt and start with your $2,000 student loan.

It’s all fun and games until an immediate goal impacts the ones you love. Dave Ramsey is dangerous.

CALVIN BALL!
