Is there another DVR you can buy? I mean other than a different tivo model?

I disagree. The part of the sandwich that takes getting used to is the meat. The cool water, bread, is identical to what you’d expect from a standard tank. The .05-.5 gal of ice cold water, the meat, is utterly disorienting and brutal if you don’t know it is coming.

Weird, I drive to Canada all the time to fly international.

If you’re close to retirement 100k is $300-$350 a month. Somewhat life changing, basically the difference between owning an aging and modest American made car vs. leasing a midsize lux sedan.

If you’re 20 yrs old it could literally eliminate the need to save for retirement, unless you’re living an upper middle class

Who does a shell company help you hide from?

I assume it is electric vs. gas. The issue, though, is not the pipe. You think that water is cold. The water that comes after that, straight from the street or basement is ice.

Because we use natural gas we use a single central tankless unit in the US. They’re not that expensive. Mine was the mercedes of tankless for $1,200. DIY install was simple because it is vented with PVC. A comparable tank hot water heater would be a similar price.

Pros: Tankless are awesome.

That’s simply not true. I live an area where rents are very high relative to home prices. The market is basically the total opposite of NYC. Home prices are very low because there is very little available credit and capital in the area. Landlords do not have to compete with potential homeowners.

My former

Yeah, as my life goes through evolution it is time to take the e-fund a bit more seriously. Six months is a big number though, I’m not willing to put 100% of my other financial goals on hold for a year just to have a fully funded e-fund.

To aim for the future an app would need to be able to communicate across devices and apps. Everyone is sick and tired of begging friends to switch to the next messaging app. This product is identical to google+. Better than BookFace, 5 years too late.

My dad is more of a doer than a teacher when it comes to mechanics. I prefer the field work. Our detroit’s, also 6-v 92 don’t smoke that much at all. Unless you’re trying...

To be fair, simply paying 10k in federal taxes means you make a shit ton of money.

Nah married w 0 dependants will wallop most people with a big old fat tax bill if both spouses check married.

That’s my take-away entirely. THough I did own a corolla while gutting my home. It overhauled a silverado when it came to long things. I could haul a dozen 10 foot two by 4s. with the trunk closed and the front passenger window rolled down.

Exactly, it’s dimensions resemble that of a chevy spark or a fiat 500, well equipped for $27,000.

My back is just fine. This is the second comment that indicates the trend toward higher vehicles is simply due to physical limitations. We need more elevators for our two story homes, apparently.

Yeah, I really didn’t realize the focus on CUVs was the cargo space. I am always more focused on passenger space.

I own two cars that are very good at different things. Single cab pickup and a diesel chevrolet cruze. The focus on fuel economy will drift to passenger space if the family grows. Minivan/Jetta sport wagon.

I’m starting to see the interest in space was not clearly articulated by CUV advocates. It’s not about the passengers, it’s about the cargo. I’d still go min-van or hatchback but a desire to haul copious amounts of cargo does eliminate the sedan.

They’re just such crappy vehicles to drive, I don’t see why the mini-van

The interior volume for passengers is typically larger. Sure a Highlander has a bit of extra cargo space due only to its shape. A minivan or hatchback would have the same amount or more cargo space. With a minivan or hatchback you can get that cargo space w/o sacrificing passenger space.
