Yes, my last truck had the AC seats and I didn’t think I would miss them in the new one. The last few afternoons reminded me how nice that was.

I had the same problem, I removed 5 lb of stuff and put the bag on the scales where it’s still weighed 55 lb.

More roundabouts. We need more roundabouts.

I am failing to see how the cop did not do *exactly* the right thing here. If moron was going too fast to stop in time to not hit a very plainly visible cop car, he was going too fast to not hit a pedestrian. Not like he came around a blind corner and there was the cop.

Two parties in the wrong you say?

The average car payment (half above the number, half below) for 2023 was $738.

This sounds like a situation where the training hasn’t caught up with the marketplace - yet.  Given there’s a profit to be made, of course this situation is going to adjust out.  It always does.  It’s just a matter of time.

Business insurance providers may have something to say on the matter. I don’t think they want to be on the hook for covering a business and employees monkeying around with these massive powerful batteries without some kind of proven knowledge base.

This sounds like an even better opportunity for a former Tesla engineer (probably laid off last week) to partner with an actual executive to open a professional repair operation that can be expanded and replicated. Most local shops are basically proprietorships and probably don’t have the capability for something like

I’m guessing there just isn’t available workforce that can do the specific kind of work. You probably need someone that is a licensed electrician minimum, and then on top of that they needs specialized training working on EVs, and I don’t know if there is any organization offering any kind of formal training. And for

theyre reactionary and its killing people.  if they were proactive for once and did something about that we would all be better off for it.

And yet, you’re still at fault if you rear-end someone.  Realistic or not, you’re not a safe driver.

You’re following too close.

I have figured out how to do the running lights on my 2012 Suburban in 5 minutes from the top.  Just take all the bolts out that attach the headlight and bumper to the radiator support.  Then, pull the them away from the radiator support...they will flex enough to allow you to get your arm down in there and do the

“I got taken advantage of!”

“I did not go with my husband and as a female I feel they took advantage of me.”

I still have the deflector that sits over the radiator that had to be removed to access the bulbs on a Rav 4 to put back along with the dozen or so plastic clips which mainly broke during removal for the bulb that burned out.

Similar! 2010 Mazda 6. Passenger (left, UK, derp) side is “easy”, you only have to take the top off the airbox to just about have enough clearance to get in there to change a dipped beam bulb.
The driver’s side you need to take the wheel off, peeeeeeeel off the wheel-arch lining and attempt to inveigle your hand

Go after the cops too. I would want to expose their fake reasons for assuming he was armed, and shine a light on them to see what other questionable tactics they have used. Could expose another “goon squad”.

Stuff I learned today, there are 2 Colorado Rivers. I mean I may have known that at one point, but I do try to block out anything that has to do with Texas.
