I live in San Diego - Subjectively the craft beer capital of the United States if not the World - 200 local breweries here. I do not know of a single brewery here that stopped making a staple IPA in favor of a DIPA…

Currently the decision to pull someone over for a traffic infraction is up to the discretion of the officer. I think an officer can tell when a driver is swerving in the lane and then see them staring into their lap at their phone and determine if that is a distracted driver or not.
