So what exactly failed with the oil coolers? Like was there a leak that wasn’t detected or did the cause oil starvation from being clogged or what?

It has the same 2.0L 168hp as the regular Corolla. Also, I could only find one article that they made 6,000 back in 2021. Not sure how many or if they currently produce them.
They bought an “Armored Rescue Vehicle” a few years back for $293,745 which will cost $52.5k a year for the next 15 years. Not sure how often Irvine has issues that require that amount of armor or why they couldn’t use one of the MRAP’s from adjacent departments.
I feel like Toyota should make a model to bridge the gap between the 2.0 169hp Corolla and the GR. Honda had the Civic Si to fill the space between the regular Civic and the Type R, Toyota should do the same. Not everyone needs a race car but some people want a commuter with over 200hp that’s more sporty and does…
What? He’s assassinated lots of non-domestic enemies.
I would think you send a bunch of robots and drones to Mars first and have scientist just literally build a sustainable habitat before we ever send a person there. Several ships sent to establish shelter, drop water, and food supplies. Maybe even drop a return ship so the initial lander can be one way.
This is a wildly complicated design for no reason. I’m sure it is also very fragile and has many single fail points. In other words: very British.
True, I was just assuming most people would go with the newest version of a car they can buy. The Alltrack is definitely the superior of the two.
I’ve driven both and agree 100%. They are both great cars and the 1st generation is certainly more analogue but the 2nd gen is the better car. I also think the 2nd get looks better.
It was the weird 2.5 V6. They were decent cars but I wouldn’t buy one over a similar Honda or Toyota at the time.
I mean there was a very long time where rap didn’t have much cursing at all. Like Run DMC, Public Enemy, Kurtis Blow, the Beastie Boys, etc. don’t really curse much. Then the 90's hit...
I’m just saying of the transitions mentioned the jump from 7th to 8th was by far the craziest and weirdest.
Wouldn’t the logical jump be to a VW Golf SportWagen? That is the next bigger wagon after the Golf and the only one that VW made after the Jetta and Passat stopped doing wagon stuff. I believe they made them until 2019 and they came with a 1.4t and 6 speed manual.
The 4th to the 5th generation of the Lexus LS (and most of the Lexus’ that went full Predator face) for me:
What about the really crazy transition? RWD to FWD from a luxury coupe to a tuner competitor.
“The naturally 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle inline-4 is hooked up to a two-motor series hybrid system”
Shoulda got a new Wrangler. They only come with power windows now apparently.
I don’t care what year it is that is too much for a used Corolla. I understand of all the Corolla’s this is the most collectible but it has 147,000 miles on it and although there’s no visible rust on the outside I think it probably has some somewhere-and that will be it’s downfall.
What a world where a Porsche is the better off-roader than a Hummer.
Is someone pushing a bunch of laser discs in Mexico? I need to hear more about that person.
