They may not want to hit the ceiling on the first model. I could see them making an ST model where they crank the boost up. They really wouldn’t need to do a full engine swap as the 2.0T in the ‘12-’18 Focus ST put out around 300hp. If they did decide to go all out the engine they would use is the 2.3T out of the

Seeing as how limited my options are for my requirements of having a V12 twin turbo convertible with a manual transmission I guess I’ll go ahead and shell out the $3 million and get one of these.

Go full crazy- Pacifica convertible with a Maserati sourced electric powertrain.

New building code in a lot of places required a 220v (level 2) outlet in the garage and I imagine a lot of airbnb’s and other rental properties will upgrade to have a Level 2 charging option available.  I think EV’s can be a viable roadtrip option as the overall range of the vehicle increases.  Solid state batteries

Alright Stellantis time for the Hail Mary, bring back the Chrysler TC by Maserati. Adds a model to the dwindling Chrysler lineup, brings back a niche market that is underserved, and gives Maserati something to sell that isn’t eye wateringly expensive.

Yep this has Youtuber written all over it.

We had a family member visiting with a Rivian. The closest charging station was at a Walmart off a busy road. I don’t think most people want to hang out for 2 hours (or more) at a Walmart, hotel, or gas station. It is not just charging availability it is also charging speed. All those quotes of 10-80% in under 20

Overnight parts from Wolfsburg if we have to.

That’s the thing about Mirages, you never know if you are actually seeing them.

If there existed a reasonable priced regular or extended cab pickup with an 8' bed, 4x4, and an EV motor I would buy it.  My biggest complaint about my old V8 truck was the gas mileage.  It did everything I asked of it but it needed to guzzle gasoline while doing it.  If I could get an EV version that filled the same

IMO the golden age of Jeep was the 90's and the engine that starred in that time period was the venerable 4.0 I6. Now Stellantis has dumped all this money in developing a new I6 and it is only in one vehicle in the Jeep lineup. It should be in the Wrangler, a new XJ style Cherokee, and the in a new Grand Cherokee. Oh,

Mitsubishi should bring back the EVO too.  Those were the good ol’ days.

I do not have knowledge of rail switches, but I would hope that there is some kind of tagout/lockout procedure so whoever can’t just pull it.  It seems that’s not the case though.

We gave them the option to opt out- except you lose features if you don’t opt in.  I think it is scummy to tie features to selling your data.  I don’t ever want to have an internet enabled car if that implies it is ok to sell my data.

The automatic Ferrari 400. Used a GM 3 speed trans. Also, probably one of the worst looking Ferrari’s ever made mainly due to the weird proportions in the back:

Oddly they used the name Chrysler Grand Caravan in Canada so it would most likely just get rolled back into Dodge (or maybe Ram) as a Grand Caravan or Voyager (which was briefly used for the base Pacifica name in the U.S.)

The Rick Mears Indy 500 fire is pretty haunting. Dude was on fire but no one could tell because methanol burns nearly invisible in day light. It was parodied in Talladega nights but IMO that was kind of messed up.

Don’t worry I think Stellantis is going to leave them out soon too.

I’m sure someone has done it.  I’ve seen a Smartcar with a ‘Busa engine in it and that thing rips.

Chrysler has 2, one of which (300) is going out of production and the other (Pacifica) has only had moderate changes since 2016.
