Big concern is the timing belt and head gaskets but it seems that those have been serviced recently.  I’m not worried about high mileage if the owner kept up with the maintenance which it seems (on paper) that they have.

For a holistic view on emissions it has to be cradle to the grave. Emissions to produce the fuel need to be taken into consideration. IE what went in to produce the hydrogen and how much cleaner is that to an equivalent amount of diesel fuel. One of the big problems is going to be transport of hydrogen since it is

They are going to need to add some capacitors or something to smooth out the incoming charge. I have a feeling it is not just a small number of chargers that are going to have current fluctuations. But instead of smoothing out the current through hardware they are most likely going to increase the range that the

I’ve never owned a Tesla so I’m curious how it works when you sell the car.  When you sell it can you just update that the car is sold via the app and then the new owner can take over control?  Also, how much data collection does Tesla have and do you have any rights over your data i.e. can you request them to delete

My thought it poor forecasting on the manufacturers part.  From what I’ve read demand is consistent if not going up for EV’s but it is lower than what was projected.  Manufacturers seems to be pretty bad at predicting demand and just produce based on their best guess which is often wrong.

Being a probationary officer at 32 has more of a story to it. Like if you went to college at 18 and got out at 22-23 you would not be a probationary officer. If you didn’t go to college and either went straight to becoming a cop or went to the military then same deal. This dude either decided to become a cop in his

Right?  Cracks form from stress, be it flexion, torsion, or whatever.  Sealing up the crack doesn’t solve the root cause and may just have the same issue down the road.

Basically you only use one when you snap a bolt and need to weld a bolt head onto it. I’ve snapped plenty of exhaust studs and sometimes welding a nut ends up being the easiest thing to do if a stud extractor doesn’t have enough material to grab on the broken stud.

Wonder if they used a slim jim to break in?

Its as if the trial period and the standard term for a lease are conveniently the same amount.

That’s exactly what RAM is doing with the 1500 REV.

When I worked at the dealership the only welder on site was one that one of the other techs brought from home.  I would assume most dealerships don’t just have a welder around.

I’ve only done 300k on a honda civic D16 that made 125hp but that was a ‘93 that made 10 more hp out of a 1.6L.  I think Toyota and Honda probably offer the best of power/mpg/reliability when it comes to engines.

Sorry you got it right Tracker is a Suzuki Sidekick everything else is an Isuzu.  Weird time for manufacturing

I’m thinking I can get a Prelude, Integra, Celica, or Civic Si for $1ok all of which are better FWD naturally aspirated manual cars.

Less back in the day you could get a Prizm that was a Corolla, half a dozen Geo’s that were Suzukis,  a Mercury Villager that was a Nissan Quest, a Saturn Vue with a Honda V6, and all kinds of other silliness.

VW also had a 2.0 NA engine that produced 115hp well into the early 2000's.  I tend to think they don’t care much about the base I4 engines over at VW.

I don’t think we need more luxury brands so I’m good without Packard, Franklin, Marmon, Ruxton, Stearns-Knight, Stutz, Duesenberg, and Pierce-Arrow. Now a new subcompact Nash Metropolitan I would be into.  Or a Studebaker Lark, Avanti, Champion etc.  I’m sure Studebaker would make some very stylish cars if they were

Incorrect, the Metro (swift), Spectrum (gemini), Storm (impulse), and Tracker (sidekick) were Suzuki’s, the Prizm was on the Toyota Corolla chassis.  They were built in the NUMMI plant in California under a joint venture between Suzuki, Toyota, and GM.

Someone mentioned the angle of the rear opening, but now with the advent of “coupe” SUV’s like some derivatives of the Cayenne and the Mercedes GLA I don’t know anymore.
