Noklew and I have been together 23 years. Monogamy hasn’t been that difficult for either of us. But Scarlett comes into contact with many more attractive, talented, interesting people than we do.

And it isn’t always a layover. The airport I use is an hour away and I need to get there at least 2 hours before my flight but it’s better to get there 3 hours before. So that’s at least 3 hours, because I don’t eat while I’m driving, with no food except the sad granola bars I bring. Sometimes I want FOOD

And on a plane the weird creeps are a better class of people.

Me and the Mr fly a lot and we are solidly middle class. Booking as far in advance as possible means the flights are available at very good rates

That wouldn’t have worked for 5 hour lay-over on my last flight. I was basically trapped in the airport. I picked the cheapest place, Taco Bell, but it was still about 5 times the price as the outside world
