It is. Looking at the Youtube channel posted on here, the guy has his real name, and photo of him in his profile. And it doesn’t seem to be a throwaway account. Guy is totally leaving himself vulnerable to legal action.

That doesn’t really get rid of the mod, or the piratable version of their game though.

Is there anyone to even send the takedown too? Emulation already applies piracy, so presumably the people involved in rom hacking aren’t making their identities public knowledge, right?

Wow, there is a lot of interesting stuff here. Thinking about it, I have kinda noticed the last bit of health thing in some games, but never really thought about it. It’s kinda like the gas gauge in cars. When the needle is on E, there is actually a decent amount of gas left, but you should still really fill up soon…

I play on Console, so it really doesn’t matter unless they officially update the game.

Yes, I’m aware, that’s the mode I mostly played on. But as I said, I eventually got to the point where I felt like I’v done everything, and kinda just felt dissatisfied with it. While it was fun, and I say the game was worth what I spent on it, there is a tinge of disappointment that they couldn’t weave a bit of story…
