Are there any other inpatient facilities for teens you know of near you? If she had Medicaid and lived in VA I would have suggestions, but not sure how other states work.

I’m a social worker who deals with these kids all the time. Sounds like she needs to be in a mental health facility for treatment or at least get some in-home services.
