Well, Gov Ivey wants to throw almost a billion at building new prisons but all of this will still happen but at nicer facilities.  Sure, we need new prisons.  But we also need all new and capable prison staff.  

Just a tidbit about the phone usage in Alabama prisons, there is currently a bill where the prisons would block all cell phone frequencies.

Shopping at Marshall’s and TJ Maxx gives me so much anxiety. I can’t comb the racks for deals like other people. It’s too overwhelming. The only thing I will go to an actual TJ Maxx store for is cat mugs. They have the best selection of cat mugs.

So there is one on FB that I follow and she was taken in because she didn’t have a tail.  In that case, I fully support them being taken in.  Otherwise, you’re totally right. 

I just assume she’s a she since she’s so small.  We had another one that used to come by that I named Jerry.  He was bigger so I assume he is a he.
