actually, one my top reasons for not having kids is exactly that - i don't want to do the damage to my body.

moving into the workforce is not why i don't have kids. i don't have kids because i watched my mom sacrifice her entire life to her children, and it didn't make her happy. mom's get the shit end of the stick.

@GTCosita: ahh i knew i was forgetting someone (probably a bunch of people really)

just one more way in which our society gives the message that if you provide something "valuable," you can get away with sexual assault.

ya know what sucks? that i can't look at an image like that and not think/feel like it's pornagraphic.

it is pretty cool that esquire put a "plus-size" (in the fashion/model/magazine/hollywood world) woman on their cover and made no self-congratulatory or passive mention of it. she looks like she belongs on that cover, curvaceous and all.

@this_charming_one: yeah they didn't really get into what makes someone "bad" enough to not move on. and i want to know!

Um, I have no idea who this woman is. Dammit Jezebel, I would've liked to have kept it that way.

i really wished that these sort of alterations were public knowledge when i was growing (early/mid-90s).

@Sodypop: i would love to see a bunch of 10-15 year olds dressed up as her and kicking ass on Halloween!

@eleanargh: I haven't seen it, nor know much about it, but it's interesting that it's not Hit Girl's film. But I suppose, if they couldn't sell an 11 y/o girl killer as a character, it would probably be impossible for her to be the title character.

@cate3710: actually the homoerotic-ness of this picture is the only thing makes sense to me.

@laureltreedaphne: i get your point, and their was an undertone of judging other women, but i think the main point was that the wedding industry is exploiting that desire - okay you want to go to Costa Rica, but as soon as you mention Wedding, it's 10x the price, which is really unfair to brides who are willing

completely reaffirms to me that not everyone should be having children.

@Penny: BEST COMMENT OF THE DAY.

@trashywilma: i definitely see eyeliner, and her lashes looked curled and lightly mascared. her eye brows definitely looked penciled in. and in the 5th photo is looks like she has eye shadow and blush on.

@BarnabyJones: i really like this this theory. the creators have always said that this show is about the lives of the characters (and not about being stranded on the island.) it makes sense that they would show these alternate lives and have the characters choose one. (isn't that a fantasy of every person — to choose

i never get why we celebrate predators. a popular college bar in my hometown is named for a man who 1. had a huge brain that is on display at the college, and 2. is suspected to have poisoned his sister-in-law and niece, and beat to death his wife and daughter. how fun! lets do some shots!

wow, bummer. i hate both of these! i refuse to vote. i'll be in the corner eating some ice cream cake.

What's so sad about: "That's where trends in prostitution are headed," he says. "Guys go crazy for the GFE shit." is that men and women are so incapable of actually having a girlfriend/boyfriend that they prefer to pay for a simulated experience rather than ride out the high and lows of the real thing.
