How is a Irish person not white? I know that in the past Irish people were low on the socioeconomic ladder, but they are still white (and therefore higher in that ladder than any visible minority).

Most white people are pretty terrible, so it’s a ok assumption. And if you can’t tell from my username, I’m white.

Its not bad for lazy workers though. Their labor laws are particularly stringent. But that just keeps companies like Google from setting up shop there.

Maybe Canada and the US should kick out all the white people.

RDR2's single player will maybe be 5 hours long, and then it’ll all be micro transactions. They’ve found their cash cow, and they are gonna milk it for all it’s worth. The only way to stop it is to stop buying their products.

So in one case the perpetrator has suspected affiliations to a known terrorist group and the in the other case there is no known link to a terrorist group? Give it time, it’s only been a few hours, if this guy has terrorist connections it will come out. And it doesn’t have to be ISIS, there are known domestic

Probably because it doesn’t fit the definition of terrorism.

Yup, at most I have 5-10 hrs free a week. The amount of time some people play video games is absurd.

You completely missed my point. My point was that there is no reason to increase taxes on the top earners, they are already paying more than they should. At this point this is simply wealth redistribution, the government is forcing the wealthier to give money to the poorer (and since government is so inefficient the

The people running it are probably not making any money. I used to volunteer for events that promoted programming, didn’t get paid for them (well, I did in beer and pizza).

Yeah at the time couldn’t find figures on that. Though I’ve now found some. So the top 10% earned 45.77% of the income, while paying 69.94% of the taxes.

Let me just put this right here:

Except that the top 1% doesn’t possess 90% of the income in the US, the most recent figures I could find were around the 20% mark. Though the amount of wealth they have may be higher, but wealth isn’t the same as income (and you are only taxed on your income). So by your definition they are paying more than their

These things will be leased in large numbers. This will drive the resale values of these down. Personally, I’d look to pick one up for cheap on the used market in 1-2 years. Not that I would, still have at least 5 years until my mortgage is paid off (then I’ll probably just save up for a Porsche).

So what is fair? Should the burger flipper at McDonalds make what a doctor makes? Should someone that blew all their money on stupid shit have the net worth of someone that made smart financial decisions? Life isn’t fair.

Kia Canada is saying the regular GT will be “starting under $45,000" (so $44,999+) and the GT Limited will be “starting under $50,000" (so $49,999+). Gotta pay the Trudeau Peso tax.

It’s only the correct answer if you pay cash and you have more than $200k net worth (preferably a net worth of more than $1M).

The rich already pay their fair share. Almost 50% of all income tax in the US is paid by the top 1%. In 2014 the 1% paid 45.7% of the income tax, the bottom 80% paid 15% of the taxes, and the bottom 20% paid less than 2%. Looks like the rich already are paying the fair share, maybe we should increase taxes for the

I’ll take roaches over the bed bug epidemic in New York.

He may be rich, but it doesn’t mean he can blow his money. It’s much better to live a middle class lifestyle for the rest of your life than live a millionaires lifestyle for a couple of years.
