Yeah—I'm not a fan of the McPoyle episodes. If they're in for a scene or two, it's pretty good, and I'm fine with them now that they know that maybe one McPoyle episode every couple years is about right… but in the first few seasons they were in way, way too often.

Actually, this year, only three have been around 18-19—Water Park, Wolf Cola and this one. (This one's by far the shortest.)

Yeah—and it kinda felt like a ripoff too, since it was only 17 minutes long AND most of the scenes with the actual Gang were from previous episodes.

Yeah, I honestly feel it's a little weird when they make the a-listers SO prominent, given that they're in Charm City, not Metropolis or Gotham. IMHO, it's a funnier joke if the A-lister stuff that's referred to is "over there", and Charm City just gets the C-listers. What's the Riddler doing there?

Nah, at the end Steven says that he hasn't seen him for 3 weeks. So technically, it does take place over a month, even though most of the action was between 2-7 days. (They talked about it being a week, but I thought he passed out after being awake for 48 hours.)

I love this idea so much, and would take back everything i've ever said about Archie if this turned out to be the case.

Seriously, Archie as is is just SO FUCKING boring. It's like, you've got all this other shit going on with murder and gangs and embezzlement… and OH NO WILL ARCHIE BECOME FOOTBALL CAPTAIN????!? Who gives a shit?

This week's Riverdale is way better than last week's, but still, whenever Archie is on screen, it's phone-checking time. As glad as I am the Grundy story appears to be over, the rest of his stories are SO MUCH DON'T CARE OH MY GOD
