Is cold blooded American a more apropos term?
Is cold blooded American a more apropos term?
Of course not. You bring the whole film already filmed and edited and then offer to pay to use the projector. No one would risk their business and not let you use it.
Everyone understands that need to get out there and be part of the world while still maintaining a budget. But by taking up a table and not ordering food, you're taking money away from both the server and the restaurant. Bottom line is this: you're essentially not a customer (in fact, it's borderline loitering).…
A restaurant is a place you go to have food made and served for you. It's not a hall you are renting out to eat your own food at. Many chefs will see it as somewhat insulting for you to bring your own food after they've come up with a menu. Their job is to make food for people to eat after all. Their job isn't to…
If your kids are "picky eaters" - it's time for tough love
I love cats and would like to have one. I'm very allergic to cats. I will never be able to own a cat. Sometimes life is unfair. If you have so many food allergies that you can't eat at a restaurant, then you don't get to eat at the restaurant. Eat at home.
When I go to the movie theater, I watch the movies they are showing - I don't just bring my own DVD player and put on my own show.
I figured "better make it as obviously fake as possible." Multiple people apparently did not get the memo.
There absolutely IS something wrong with fucking up your server's/the restaurant's day because of your desire that the world revolves around you. No sympathy. None.
There's everything wrong with it when you're bringing food into a restaurant. That's not even legal in many places, and in another one of my posts, I outlined good reasons why people can't bring food into an establishment that serves it. That doesn't mean they need to sit at home, miserably huddled over their plates…
Definition of "restaurant" from the Oxford Dictionary:
The issue is that outside food is usually against city/county/state health codes.
I mean, I guess I can see the thought behind it, but still - tough titties. That's just one of the downsides one has to accept if you have lots of food allergies. There are a myriad of reasons (mostly liability-related) why a restaurant can't just let people bring their own food. The customers in question might really…
Not everyone gets every thing they want. If these people can't eat what that particular restaurant serves, they do nit get to eat at that particular restaurant.
In other words, you're the commenter that comes up with some imaginary condition that excuses assholery and decries everyone mocking it as horrible people.
This is the first comment that absolutely made me laugh out loud today. Like a hard laugh, not a little chuckle, or the amused "haha" of a live studio ostrich.
What are they hiding from us? Its those damn lizard people on the moon, fucking with us again. #jezebeltruthers
