I did have some of this wrong: the House can pick from the top three Electoral College vote getters. But I still think they’d go with him.

There was an article in the Guardian last week about other electors who are doing a write in, although they are from blue states: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/nov/30/faithless-electors-electoral-college-donald-trump
I’m a thousand percent sure that there are some well paid rent boys in Pence’s past (and maybe present). His party has a long history of men who push hardest on anti-LGBT/family values stuff as having the most scandal riddled pasts. Plus he clearly prefers to spend most of his time with other men. These are solid…
The Washington Post included many tweets of people who believe this hoax in a way that, to me, felt like an attempt at showing both sides of the story. I get wanting to do objective journalism but sometimes there just aren’t two legit sides.
A dryer sheet could help while I try to find more options though. Thank you!
Hair Help: I have super thin, fine hair and become a static monster in the winter. I can’t seem to find a solution to de-staticfy my hair. I’ve tired natural bristles, vented brushes, ionic blow dryer, non-ionic blow dryer....nothing seems to help. Any tips?
Yes!! I keep saying that about Pence, too. I’m sure there are some well paid rent boys out there holding onto skeletons for both of these men.
Other highlights:
In the interviews with him that I’ve read and listened to, he comes across as someone who not only listens but hears and is a critical and analytical thinker and I was really jazzed at the idea of him being the new DNC chair. I’m so glad (but not surprised) to hear that he’s celebrated in his home state. He makes me…
Agreed. There are plenty of words for her, like hateful/ignorant/pseudo-intellectual/annoying/vapid/thickheaded, that don’t involve gender.
This was nauseating to watch but there was a line that really laid out the answer for the white female Hillary voters who were in shock and awe that a bunch of white women voted for Trump:
This makes me so insane. I work with a lot of formerly incarcerated people and it is so hard to get a job and can impede housing and getting loans and they have to deal with the bullshit stigma of having a record. A man who had a little too much drugs on him who can’t get his record expunged, and might not even be…
This was such a great break from the election horror hamster wheel that has become my waking thoughts. My favorite part was him on the phone whispering “You’re my best friend” to Chris Jackson. It made my icy heart melt a bit.
If he gets the appointment, Trump better be pardoning Chelsea Manning on 1/20.
Because everything is a publicity opportunity, they went to a restaurant in one of his hotels. I’m sure he’s darkened their doorway many a time....although maybe not. Doubt they serve taco bowls there.
I don’t know if this makes it better or worse, but that’s at one of his hotels.
Trump has actually never had alcohol. His brother died from alcoholism and I think his father was one....or someone he knew died in a drunk driving accident? There’s some other reason in addition to his brother, but my mental hard drive seems to have dumped it.
How convenient for Trump to get even more publicity for one of his hotels. But he’s totes not in this for the cash, you guys. Swell fella that he is, he’s even giving up the salary. What a patriot!
Correct. This has gotten pretty much zero press coverage (sorry this is my 2nd reply about it....trying to get it out of the greys and to the attention of the writers/editors):
“Dr. King’s policy was that nonviolence would achieve the gains for black people in the United States. His major assumption was that if you are nonviolent, if you suffer, your opponent will see your suffering and will be moved to change his heart. That’s very good. He only made one fallacious assumption: In order for…
