The attention this is getting is downright enormous.
This sounds like a sensible idea. Devaluing books and the written word, much of which is a historical record in and of itself, is kinda sketchy. To see people saying, “Throw away your books because they do not spark some kind of immediate-gratification response” makes the hair on my neck rise.
The idea of art classes there simultaneously gives me the willies and makes me sniggle.
The implied causation presented with those statistics makes me want to gouge my eyeballs out.
Could you imagine the outcry if a game forced players into an on-screen homosexual relationship? The internet would burn.
