This is the core of it. Especially in High School. Anyone on blockers or HRT wouldn’t even trigger this issue. In fact, we’re talking about the population most likely to have never experienced their AGAB puberty properly in the first place. It is literally a non-issue and HRT status is a huge part of it.

If I competed against men like this bill would want to mandate I would almost certainly end up with broken bones, frustrated that my tiny 5'6" butt that happened to once be a boy is not allowed a level playing field against folks with similar bodies.
