@rubytuesday: Oh wow! That is super exciting! Congrats!

@Nell_fersher: This happens to me all too often. It usually ends with me crawling around on the floor looking for the remote. My solution has been to give up after 5 minutes and go buy a new remote.

@Strict: His name is Kaycee.

@Strict: Or let me try this again.

@Strict: My darling puppy when he was 4 months old.

I guess the concept is somewhat similar to a prenup, but it seems overly expensive. I think if couples are really worried about protecting themselves in case of a divorce, a prenup is a good option. Shell out a good $500 for an attorney to draft a well-written agreement and be done with it. Then if things don't go

@gestures: I was doing that last year and I got burned out after doing it for a few months. Now I'm done with school and just working Monday through Friday. Just make sure you take breaks here and there to do fun stuff for yourself!

I've defriended people before. I've never written a letter to a person explaining why. I suppose if someone asked I would explain. I really only friend people that I'm actually friends with in real life. So if that friendship goes sour, I would defriend that person on Facebook as well. I guess it doesn't seem all

@they call me ginger: That's cute. I'm not entirely sure why I get called sweetie. I think it's because I'm younger? Oh well.

@TheUnicornQueen: Well it's a dude for one. And I think really it's just because I am younger? I'm not entirely sure. But, yeah, it annoys me. I don't really get to fire people yet anyway.

@SarahMC: Yes, you read that correctly. Boggles the mind some days.

I get called honey and doll by the managing partner at my firm. My legal assistant calls me sweetie. I don't know if it has anything to do with me being kind of young, but you would think that an attorney wouldn't have to deal with this.

@JBae (née JSouth): Well congrats on graduating and taking the bar! Th market might be better or at least more receptive after you get your results. As for student loans, you might check with your lender(s) about the different types of repayment plans available. I know there are income based ones (at least for

@I_Am_Not_Oprah: Yes, I understand they are the minority. But the ones like this that make headlines are the ones Congress thinks about when amending the Bankruptcy Code. I guess I should have qualified that. I took a whole semester of Bankruptcy from one of the best profs out there and got all the statistics on

I took Bankruptcy last semester. It's people like Ms. Giudice that Congress gets worried about when changing the Bankruptcy Code!

@cuidado, llamas!: Well that is still a lot! I see that you are planning on dropping some. Sounds like a good plan! And wow on the dual degree. That is awesome!

@cuidado, llamas!: That seems like a lot. How many classes is it? Also, remember law school classes are different than regular classes, which I'm sure you're already aware of. I think the most I ever took was 17 credits in law school.

@voteforme: That sounds like a good idea. I think the place is pretty casual, I've never been there before.

So after my paycheck mess earlier, I was not in a good mood and started a texting conversation with someone I probably shouldn't have (because I was grouchy and upset). But now I have been asked out for lunch! Any tips for lunch dates? These are super casual, right?
