My parents in raising my sister and I were not helicopter parents. But there is a large age gap between us and our little brother. My parents are increasingly pulling this helicopter parent thing on him, and it's turning him into a useless little child on most occasions. Maybe pointing out this article will help.

@lkqt: I think for people that use SNAP benefits, shopping at places like Whole Foods is completely out of the question. People who are obese and have little money don't have the luxury of making good food choices. Healthier foods are more expensive. I run into this same problem and I have a pretty decent job.
