Flex-fuel vehicles. Add a tad of ethanol to gasoline increase gas prices and fuel consumption while causing food prices to increase. What a GREAT idea!

The early Vibes were the only ones to come with the optional supercharger. After 05 they weren't put in them. The Vibe really was a great car, and it deserved more than it got. And I honestly believe that if they were to put the Vibe on the Cruze platform it would be a better car than the Toyota-built bastard-child it…
The Vibe was UAW-built in Fremont, Cali. The Matrix was built in Canada.
Nah, base 4-spd auto. There were ZERO GTs for sale in my area. I got this one on a steal of a deal, so I'm happy... that auto might get replaced eventually, though.
That's the perfect way to go: at over 200mph in a ball of fire!
Pontiac Vibe. It is a fun little car, with great gas mileage, plenty of space for people and lots of space for hauling things, and super reliable. The GT version came with the 2ZZ-GE engine and a 6-spd manual. But even the base 1ZZ is a great little car. I love mine!
No, actually. It was way south, north of Black Dog Rd.
I'm going to take the Jeremy Clarkson stance on this... if nobody will notice and if it isn't that important, yet this much care has to go into it, the eco-mentalists have gone a bit too far.
He hit the bus in a weak spot, scoring critical damage, so the bus exploded in GTA fashion. Other than that, you're on your own. I just can never stop laughing whenever I see this GIF.
Evidently, the Mythbusters approach to battery science should be best practiced outdoors.
I hate school buses. I hate them as a rider, and as a driver. One of my friends is terrified of them, but I just hate them. Many times have my tires been spinning on ice at a 4-way to get me moving (no TC or snow tires being a high-school student and the 3rd child), and the bus just pulls out in front of me. I'm much…

No, they're meant to go in your seat buckles to stop the car from beeping.
The 6-speed is geared more for performance, but you can still get good numbers. It's all about the nut behind the wheel. Like I said, I haven't heard anything about the 6-spd going out, and many GTs have gone 300,000+ with the factory tranny.
Sweet. I've seen three, and all of them are my dad's. He's turning his into a prostreet drag car (slowly but surely) and he has two parts cars. One of them I sat in, and is a 4-speed manual. And now GM has a 6-speed on their subcompact cars!
Maybe the Impala has styling cues similar to other cars because that's the style of cars these days...? Heck, I could accuse every single automaker which uses an A-shaped d-pillar of copying off the Pontiac Vibe, but it's a styling trend. That stuff happens on cars. Cell phones too.
I agree with this because my dad put a 350 small block into his '77 Monza Spyder
Like this is the first time relations have been over-exaggerated. Let Nissan take the fall, it'll keep those ugly cabs off of NY's streets. Bring on the Transit Connect!
I want this. I want this very badly. But the only chance I'll get to own it is on the used market, and this is much better than any used Subaru Outback.
The 6-speed is from the Toyota Corolla/Matrix XRS or Vibe GT, but they bolt right up to the 1zz engine. All you need after that is the shift knob, because reverse is where first gear was. The C60 hasn't had any common issues that I know of (and I do commonly visit the biggest Vibe, Corolla and Matrix forums). If you…
