Insurance is the bigger issue. A lot of people’s mortgages are tied to a requirement to maintain coverage, and insurers are pulling out of the market and leaving a LOT of people at risk of forclosure (not to mention the potential hit when the next hurricane hits).
Agricultural crop insurance is entirely different than homeowners insurance. Real estate values for single family homes don’t exactly trend 1 to 1 agricultural land values.

I’m not a streamer or influencer, and i found it boring not after playing all day for several weeks, but after less than 10 hours. And i’m not even a peripheral person to Bethesda games: I was a massive consumer of their stuff up to Oblivion.
