It’s rated for nudity. As long as it’s not built-in deep close-ups or genitalia on genitalia action through a typical playthrough, this shouldn’t be an issue at all.

I don’t even think it’s the ESRB at fault here. The modder made a mod, CDPR added it officially without checking for something a modder wouldn’t check for, and now the press is having a hysteria moment over a game that was already *RATED* for nudity.
