Yeah, I get it. I guess the Chanter’s Board in Lothering is an example of this. There’s a gang of bandits, spiders, bears and wolves all occupying a space of like half a football field. They definitely saturated the maps, to the point you can definitely get bored with an area before finishing half of the stuff there.

Not to be rude or anything, but it’s an RPG. They tend to be slow and plodding. DA2 might be more your style if you were passing out halfway through Lothering or where ever.

That’s the REALLY weird thing though. I’ve been playing them since forever, and after GTA3 blew up and everyone tried to get a piece of it, devs seemed to have avoided jumping in the same pool as GTA ever since.

I wonder if Rockstar not showing games until they’re like 6 months or less away is some long held paranoia that some competitor might one-up them before they release the game, because holy crap these development lengths are getting a little crazy.
