Prejudice because she's a mountian lion, or prejudice because she's from a rural area and the big city cops don't think she can handle the urban environment.

That would be perfect for Heroes & Icons. (That is a channel that exists. I swear I did not make it up.)
I'm going to guess that the show is about a slightly older woman who is a police officer and she's dating a younger man. If I'm wrong, what is this hypothetical show about?
Yes! Small primitive creatures defeated The Empire, which is similiar to "A New Hope" when a fairly untrained/inexperienced pilot was the one who played a pretty big role in destroying the Death Star.
Every type of program has its unique challenges. I just thought it was worth noting that music rights wasn't a universal concern for all types of programs.
If you like the opening titles, I think you will enjoy this article.
My theory (which I've posted here before) is that Lucas is short and realized he could create just about anything he wanted, so he decided to do something that would make himself feel slightly taller while working on the movie and created Ewoks.
That's not how it works. Kids who are old enough to see movies alone go see "COMIC BOOK FRANCHISE LVI: the Minor Character's Reference" and their parents or grandparents go to see "OSCAR BAIT XIV."
100% Yes! The two biggest problems with the prequels is that there was no one willing to say "no" to George Lucas, and that while Lucas can come up with the story and characters, he cannot write dialogue.
R2D2 can talk, we just can't understand what he says.
While watching "The Force Awakens" I had a strong suspicion that Han was going to die and I was okay with that. For a brief moment I thought they were going to kill off Chewbacca and I was not okay with that. Keep in mind, this is coming from a Harry Potter fan who was in total shock and couldn't believe it when…
I'm right there with you. Ewoks look cute and cuddly (which they are) but they are also fury little MacGyvers who are capable of killing you.
Agreed. Paley Center for Media is open to the public, although they do charge a fee if you want to watch, and they don't have absolutely everything ever broadcast. For serious academic research (not open the general public) UCLA and the Library of Congress have archives.
It can't be that hard. TCM shows movies from multiple studios. Many of the existing rerun channels (Cozi, MeTV, Antenna TV) show series from multiple networks (shows that aired on NBC, CBS, and ABC) so it's not totally impossible.
I love this idea too. Music rights would only be a problem for some of them, like variety specials. I can't imagine music rights being a major issue for game shows, soap operas, or news programs.
"All I Want For Christmas Is You" is more recent. For the record I like "Last Christmas" by Wham.
This works, because I picture Han as Ferris, Leia as Sloane, and Luke as Cameron.
If that's what you're looking for try
Confession: I did that once, but I was polite and not a jerk about it. As it turned out, I had misread the price/deal and I apologized. The cashier was nice about it. Whatever it was was worded poorly, and she'd been dealing with it all day.
TV Guide is still in business?
