Having “holistic, woman-centred” obstetrics means accepting that for some women a CS and FF are the choices with the most acceptable risk/benefit profile, based on the woman’s own individual situations and beliefs.

I meant the risk of a perineal tear extending to the clitoris, pudendal nerve damage, pelvic organ prolapse or any of the other horrible things that can happen during childbirth and permanently affect sexual function- but yeah that would have sucked too!

Charitably- I think he’s working the steps and trying to make amends, given he’s in a good place in his life at the moment and feels able to.

I think it might very well depend on why the relationship broke down.

He did one interview where he said something like :“we just didn’t like the same things, like if you hate tennis and marry a tennis player, or if you’re recovering from an addiction and marry someone using drugs”.

Given that he has a new baby and got married recently, is doing well in his career (recent UK stand up tour) this has NOTHING to do with getting back together.
