Having “holistic, woman-centred” obstetrics means accepting that for some women a CS and FF are the choices with the most acceptable risk/benefit profile, based on the woman’s own individual situations and beliefs.
I meant the risk of a perineal tear extending to the clitoris, pudendal nerve damage, pelvic organ prolapse or any of the other horrible things that can happen during childbirth and permanently affect sexual function- but yeah that would have sucked too!

Given that he has a new baby and got married recently, is doing well in his career (recent UK stand up tour) this has NOTHING to do with getting back together.
