While I don’t like it, I will say that I’m not sure centralization really has as much impact in the video game world as much as others. It’s very democratized, and indies are easily accessible and quite capable of outselling triple-A titles. It’s possible that changes somewhere down the line, but as long as the PC is

Dang this is so bad. Isn’t this a relatively high-tier property in Japan right now?

Well I was just grabbing one value, there’s easily probably 1000 data points against a range from 30-99% at this point, and I’m relying on anecdotal memory of course, I just know from my experience that I expect 90+ to connect every time and I can only remember it missing once or twice over that span. I think that’s

Haven’t watched the video yet, so maybe it talks about Fire Emblem, but I’ve always suspected they underestimate good things happening for the player in the raw numbers they display, in Three Houses at least. I think I’ve missed a 95% chance to hit maybe one time in 50+ hours of play.

They don’t really talk at all, though. Most of the dialogue is via player-selected options that often have very little difference. I love 3H, don’t get me wrong. It’s amazing. But I think you’d be hard-pressed to argue that her repeated and stunted animations and limited voicework supersede almost any other house chara

Original cables lol

Pretty much this. They’re using the most boring characters from the games. Almost ANY other character in Three Houses would’ve been more fun from a personality standpoint.

Funny enough, it would make more sense for her than others given her canon ability to time-shift.

I mean...you’re not totally wrong on that last question. There are an abundance of said characters haha, and usually they are the main character. But there are also hundreds of others!

That, along with an “oh crap I’m going to be on this Twitch channel way more than I want to be.”

That was exactly what I was trying to point out haha. I've gone all physical in anticipation of a Switch Lite future purchase but dang it's frustrating still.

The title promised nothing it did not deliver, and I think this is a really bad post even beyond that. You made an interpretation on your part into a personal attack on the author and then generalized it to a wider audience, most of whom seemed to enjoy it just fine.

I really enjoy thoughts like these that evolve over time. I have seen my own personal Top 25 game list fluctuate wildly without even having played titles on it, because over time you can see the actual impact of certain games on you relative to others, and true uniqueness shines much better with time than is always

I didn’t know it was possible to think it was bad! The only real disappointment of the game is the elimination of three-player mode, which was my brothers’ and friends’ real draw to the series in the first place. Not sure why they thought that was a good idea.

Now there’s a backlog game that’s worth the finish. :) Never ran into the overleveling problem in all my playthroughs, though.

If you gave up on a game there may be a reason for it. I dropped Fates and have tried multiple timmes to pick it back up and I have not succeeded. It’s not a good Fire Emblem game!

Depends what you are expecting out of it. I certainly left disappointed.

Man this thing always looked SO COOL though.
