This should have been made with cel-shaded graphics like most anime games. The standard style doesn't suit the IP.

"One to one"? Looks laggy as shit. Totally unacceptable in a video game. Maybe it's just the recording, but that looks unplayable. Clips like this should be followed up with "PlayStation Move: You Could, But Why?"

Connor's voice actor isn't as good as Desmond's, Ezio's or Altair's. Disappointing..

Make KARA into a game, Quantic Dream! T_T

The "definitive" version of BioShock is on the PC. Even with Games for Windows Live stuck on it.

What a functional battle-skirt! It offers such mobility and thigh protection!

You're right. Because people are desperately searching for gaming news sites that waste their time with what are basically forum posts going "Ooh, look at this YouTube video."

Even articles on non-core should still have some relationship to video games, in some way, but apparently in Ashcraft's opinion, "It's Asian, so it must count."

That's the point. Nintendo admitted they're not competing with their hardware—only with the tablet controller. Sony and Microsoft will both release consoles that are significantly more powerful than the current ones—if they didn't need to, there would be no need for a new console.

Obviously my stated opinion is an opinion. Truly brilliant analysis, Krayzee. Nintendo's revenue is irrelevant—what's best for gamers is the point.

It's not necessarily what makes the most sense for only Nintendo, but what's best for gamers. Nintendo's hardware adventures have always been hit or miss, and even though they've sold numerous Wii consoles, the number of games those owners have purchased—which also makes money for Nintendo—is by far the lowest of all

Square Enix is allergic to making things fans actually want. ChronoTrigger, FF6/7/KH3/etc, are about the last things on their mind. We need yet another sequel or spin-off of FF13!

Nintendo needs to go the way of Sega and just become a publisher. If they want to make worthless novelty controllers for their games, they can do so—like the fishing controller for the Dreamcast.

Maybe Kotaku should consider adding a thumbs up/thumbs down feature that's visible only to the editor. Y'know, so they can get a grasp on how little people care about news-feed filler like this story.

Wow. It looks good. Can't believe I'd ever say that about a Chinese game, although I suppose it had to happen eventually. Hope to see more.

It's not all the same. There are also random events in each section, not all of which you can see in any given playthrough. I'm going through Hell and still finding events I haven't seen.

I thought the same thing. Bearded lady alert.

No one is claiming that WoW was the first MMO, or the first fantasy game, or anything like that. SWTOR was specifically designed to cater to, and attract, WoW players. It plays exactly the same. You're arguing semantics, and ultimately, making a different argument than what most apologists for SWTOR make.

That was one of the first things I thought. "Eugh. Emo-bangs and Bieber hair on the other one." Gross.
