Basic astronomy: all galaxies (except those in the Local Group) are moving away from us, and the expansion is accelerating ever faster. Once each galaxy is moving away from the *central point* at over 50% of the speed of light, the distance between them can never be made up by light—the two galaxies are moving away

EcceHobo, almost all galaxies are moving away from the Milky Way—and at an increasingly fast rate. Eventually, the relative speed galaxies are moving away from us will exceed the speed of light and no new light emitted by any other galaxy will EVER reach us—the entire night sky will be black for the rest of time. It's

.. Huh? I lived in Copenhagen for 2 1/2 years, and I never saw anyone push anyone or cut in line a single time.

The C and bottom of A being filled in?

These videos would be funnier if looking at the guy didn't make me want to puke.

I've enjoyed both Kingdom Hearts games, but I've got to say—Sora is completely uninteresting. I wish they'd replace him, or y'know, give him a personality.

I kept hearing the Game of Thrones theme in that trailer. Either I've got it on the brain (possible), or it's very similar.

What's that from?

Am I the only one that was continuously distracted by her dumb-founded, mouth-agape look? Close your mouth, honey!

Nobody uses "celcius." "Celcius" isn't a thing. It's celSius.

Sad.

Dear Tim Schafer,

Amen.

It's "ninjutsu," not "ninjitsu." It's written 忍術 (にんじゅつ). Why do people always make this mistake? #corrections

I'll believe it when I see it. This was supposed to come out in early 20*10*.

I don't want Nintendo to succeed. They don't make good hardware, and essentially force everyone to buy a $200 or $300 machine they'll rarely use in order to play Zelda or Mario. They (and I) would be much better off if Nintendo just made games for Sony and Microsoft's consoles. No more dealing with "friend codes" or

In no universe, in the United States, would getting demoted or transferred to another department—which allegedly caused his depression—get him his old position back under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Absolutely absurd.

This is absurd. Why exactly is his employer obligated to keep him happy with his job? If he was unhappy, he should have found a new job! WTF.

Sony is only a part of the coalition that developed Blu-ray. They might get some part of the licensing fee that would go to the coalition. Sony also licenses various technologies from Microsoft for their various (especially PC) businesses. It's how the industry works. Microsoft and Sony are not bitter enemies.

Turbine made so many terrible decisions with DDO. Using Eberron was questionable (they could've piggy-backed on Bioware's popular games), but limiting the ENTIRE GAME to Stormreach was just inexcusable.
