Structural engineer here. The fact that this is the largest of the 3 (apparent) braces running across the short axis of the car to stiffen the frame rails tells me it has the most load on it (yes real engineering-ish). I’m having a hard time orienting the pictures with each other but regardless: corners are always the

Imagine how terrible of a driver you have to be to 1) react to a biker kicking your car at highway speeds, 2) try to engage a retaliatory attempt to take the biker out, and 3) to then lose control of the vehicle over something that was so inconsequential and not worth reacting to.

These are amazing. I know it wasn’t, but due to the limits of then-modern photography I always picture life 50-100 years ago as washed out and grainy. Really interesting to see modern life shot that way.

Yep, after the negative reaction to Infinite Warfare I see them pretty much sticking with WW II games indefinitely.

94 Civic, with mismatched door and replaced unpainted rear bumper.

Woo! Finally, some props from Jalopnik. Here is mine (1 of 7 with S54, LSB/Black):

Correction: everybody behind has to slow down because of whomever it is behind this guy that overreacts and brakes when they don’t need to. A gap is a gap, and people who use all of the available road - as in a proper zipper merge - help the greater good by maintaining the flow and keeping these backups short.

Did you switch tires? Blizzaks on my ’93 Integra and ’02 RSX had no problems at all.

I live in Massachusetts. We honk if you don’t start rolling when we know the light is turning green.

Sorry, but you know nothing of which you speak. Completely different engines with totally different driving and performance characteristics, along with different suspension tuning, center of gravity, etc. Sure, you could “mod” your second-hand Civic, but for those who wanted a quick, sharp-handling coupe, with a

Except for the fact that when the RSX Type S was released you could not get a civic with the same engine, at least in the US. The RSX also didn’t cost all that much more than a civic and is a different car.

The Civic Si in 2002 had a k20A3 versus the K20A2 in the RSX-S. The A2 made 200 hp versus 165 for the A3. RSX-S also had a 6 speed with lower gearing. The Si was a heavier car with smaller tires.

Know how I know I’m a bad person? Seeing that pic makes my heart drop and tears in my eyes. Seeing a pic of a flood victim waiting on their roof in Louisiana makes me feel almost nothing.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the QX60 got CVT a couple years ago.

Would you have rather VW or BMW create such a thing? Both euro makers seem to use questionable parts suppliers that routinely seem to have parts failure within a short 60K mile cycle. I suppose if Honda or Toyota would have developed such a thing, we wouldn’t have much to complain about.

Too bad it’s from Nissan, and will be a heaping pile of mangled garbage within the first 5K miles.

I just gave myself a pat on the back for buying an E46 M3 over an E92 335i
