I occasionally drive past a sign that looks basically like

I don't know what that has to do with the flip car but I no longer need to watch Fast 6 Furious.

Did they put it in the plane?

Your laptop might have internal USB, but it might not be easy to use as it's intended for options installed while the computer is being assembled.

I only found out somewhat recently, never tried it, and now can't find an image of usage but the straight part on top is for opening cans tabs. This type of bottle & can opener is often given away as a marketing item.

It might be on the left side because some headphones are connected by the left headphone with the right connected through the headband. So you don't end up with a headphone cable across you keyboard or having to wrap it around the back, although that's not so hard...maybe especially because of coiled headphone cables

Spray concrete?

Have you looked into chording keyboards? There are (or were) some handheld ones. They can be weird and slow (at least at first) but you might be able to type faster with some practice. A lot of research has gone into input methods, but very little new has caught on.

Are we doing people who look like their cars/pets? First thing I thought when I saw the lead photo, and it seems to work with some other commenters' photos.

Hotwheels drop. Not pictured, to right: loop and jump.

Valid excuse, bro.

rsync

Interesting, I was unaware. I checked the man (2.6.2) manpage, which says man -k is equivalent to apropos -r (regexp). I also found that apropos is a symlink to whatis, and both are part of the man-db package.

And finally (since some have been posting locomotive engines) I'll take another interpretation entirely and go with Babbage's Difference Engine.

And the Amarok P1's dual agnis and monocoque battery.

Looks like that image causes comment truncation.

I can't think of any notably pretty car engines that haven't been mentioned, and a good number of motorcycle engines have already been shown...I quite like the Feuling W3

AT&T Unix isn't a standard, so many derivatives/clones don't match.

there's also apropos
