It was the theme song!
It was the theme song!
You are correct, as Maze is always dressed to fight (and win) in Mortal Kombat.
LUCIFER is back! Missed you too LaToya.
Is Chloe’s suit from Edward Nygma collection?
lol
Aside from Legends, I think this was my favorite season finale of Beeboverse-adjacent shows this season (I guess it helps that these were the only 2 not to shut down production).
Fool me once, CBS All Access, shame on me. Fool me twice? Nah.
Please stop trying to tie this horseshit to the Prime universe. The one good thing JJ Abrams did was put all his stupid fuckery in an alternate universe I can ignore as non-canonical.
Really? Because after seeing the trailer and reading the review, the B- seems far to high of a grade for this
Lower Decks is a great and rightly memorable episode of Star Trek.
Hmmm, maybe you’re right. What about “Waiting for Picardot"?
Jesus I genuinely am losing track of the amount of shit they’ve announced. Just bulldozing through any goodwill I had. Just remembered they announced another animated show for kids the other week.
They’re already there with their proposed and possibly-already-in-production “Section 31" show. Talk about misunderstanding Trek....oy.
“That and a reliance on fan-service references to previous Trek properties gives the whole thing a feeling of something that’s designed to deliver on fan expectations without actually satisfying them.”
Yeah, the first episode of this sucked pretty hard. Loud, frantic, noisy and annoying show’s overriding tone. The dialogue is delivered in such a ridiculously rapid fire fashion, as if to disguise the fact that it’s not actually clever or funny or worth listening to.
That was extremely hard to watch. I went through something very similar when I was 18 (no locket was involved) and it was last time I spoke to my father. I was also impressed that they wrote this story. I am glad she can get past this trauma. I was worried for a bit, the staff was somehow keyed into the…
We all know Courtney could ACTUALLY use the staff only because her grandfather was Palpatine.
I actually liked Mike this week and was actually rooting for the little shit for once. I’m just glad they didn’t waste time getting Amy Smart onside. She had a Homecoming final scene to Far From Home opening scene arc.
I’m really glad they didn’t decide to drag out the ‘lack of self-confidence means lack of powers’ for more than an episode. Yes, it’s a classic trope but it bogs things down and has been done to death.
Carol is either inspired by or supposed to actually be Carol Kaye. And since the actress is made up to look like the real Carol Kaye, my guess it’s the latter.
That’s true, but also way more nuanced than most Hollywood producers are going to get.
