I like that when Jason was saying “Or 420, or 69!” Eleanor held out her hand for a low five.

I’m just disappointed The Good Place wasn’t even nominated. In no world The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family are better.
Thank goodness Ted Danson just won the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Actor, because the joyful, layered, rich, silly performance he’s been giving in this show is sublime. The fact that he’s not even been nominated by most other award shows is a travesty.
You guys! That was just... the nicest episode of TV I’ve seen in ages. Michael Shur’s comedies deeply love their characters and, really, just about everyone other than librarians. Which is why I’m positive that this afterlife isn’t as unforgiving as it seems.
Also, Michael won me over this episode. It might be a…
This show is goddamn unbelievable. Thoroughly cemented itself as my favorite comedy show of the decade, absolutely no competition.
I think I’ve found the new name for my imaginary band: Christmassacres! (with the exclamation mark; no “The”).
I thought Sean was boring at first but lets be honest Ford is even more boring than Gus was...
The thing that irritated the most about this episode: it wasn’t even really a Lala land parody!
I found myself skipping quickly through too many scenes and being bored by the last two episodes. The only semi-interesting storyline is the Svetlana-Kev-Vee one (and I am actually wanting Svetlana to give it to them both really good). I never cared much about Kev or Vee and now really dislike Kev. Usually Fiona has a…
“But, apart from the traffic jam opening musical number, there’s nothing musically memorable about “Haw-Haw Land” at all”
Killing off famous guest stars in record time has been my favorite running joke in the series
The train tracks are not in town. They abut the town. In addition. Bad Janet was simply facing the opposite direction.
I just love Janet and D’Arcy Carden. Drunk Janet was so great.
Am I the only one who sees the Neighborhood as being very heavily influenced by The Village from The Prisoner? Has Michael Schur or- well, anyone- confirmed any influence?
I hope that’s not it for Vicky on this show
I’m so happy for Mindy St. Clair!
I really liked the Cuckoos in this episode. Blink and Polaris remain my other favourite characters while a lot of the others just remain bland; part of why I like the Cuckoos is because they poke at the stupid morals and principles so many characters go on and on about.
It is also cool that the purifiers are around so…
Chiming in to simply say that this was my favorite episode so far. I laughed way too hard at way too many things. Also: Between the guy in a bug suit, a weird ass fetish bar, and a hapless JW finding himself on the wrong end of a sadist, I think it’s safe to say that the show has now gone full Morrison... and I have…
The only thing i hate about this show is that i have to wait a week for another episode!
Personally, I think Joel’s arc is over. He doesn’t deserve Midge, and he’s a hack who steals other people’s comedy. He deserves to slink off into the night. Midge should never get back with him, and the series should move on and be about her rise.
