God, no. Never. You give up your vote in most of these cities. They’re run from red state governments with rural and maga priorities. The schools can’t even find teachers willing to submit in some of these places and they’re all quitting.

It’s not take home pay. The take home pay of a $100,000 salary in NYC is $65,712. So whatever 35,791 is, it’s not take home. It must be a relative cost-of-living adjusted number.

Just need to get a $100k job first.
