My one hope in all of this is that those who couldn’t be arsed to vote, will finally realize they have to.

Sounds like my grandmother, except she was able to stick to two kids. She was a decent mother, not awesome, but I think my mother was so different from her that they would never have gotten along. Unfortunately, my mother and her twin, my uncle, have gone completely religious culty and wiped out any notions of family.
A government so small they fit in your uterus.
I’d rather have Snooki running things than the RWNJs.
I’ll give it an episode or two. There are not many new shows this season that I’m sticking with.
At one job, all I asked was to start a half-hour later in the morning, so that I could drop my son at school and have enough time to get through traffic to not be late. Also, I was working overtime every day, so it wasn’t like I was hustling out the door on time every night.
Because there are so many deadlines. If litigation, you have the courts telling you when stuff is due. In M&A, it’s meeting closing schedules for fiscal reasons. Clients are used to getting responses from lawyers at any time, which means staff has to be available if they need help, especially at the rates they pay.
Yeah, I did get into it. Both movies left me scared and crying from sadness.
The issue is that when healthcare is for profit, different companies will approach the profit making in different way. Some will gouge you, especially there’s no or limited competition. Some will work on a minimal profit basis. The goal, though, is to keep operating and making a profit, so that often comes down to…
I’m sorry you’re going through that bullshit.
The Devil’s Backbone. Mama. Del Toro freaks me out in a way that I haven’t been in a while. A real ghost story, not torture porn, which is why I’m going to see Crimson Peak.
That may be me.
My mom decided that a movie called Jack the Giantkiller was a great movie for a toddler (me) to see. She did not realize or understand that it was a Ray Harryhausen scare fest. Screaming, freak out nightmares that night, and she wouldn’t let me see a scary movie for years.
Oh, another hair color story.
I used to be a natural redhead, and started experimenting when the color shifted to a drab, washed out brown as I started graying. Tried a bunch of colors, but kept going back to Feria, which was a little intense but always got me piles of compliments.
You look amazing.
That is the best advice I can give.
I am an old and I have perfected the raised eyebrow, look down the nose, slight lip raise sneer. The combination of age and sneer has been known to shut down some amazingly obnoxious types. But, from your photo, you are young and beautiful, so that probably won’t work.
This is the guy that hired Josh Duggar.
It can’t just be women. We have to get men to understand that this legislation will impact them, too.
