Agree with you but I would add one other up front cost- a new exhaust. You don’t bother buying this Lambo V10 unless you want to hear it, so some high flow cats and exhaust are a must.

I wouldn’t pay more than $6k for a C4. You can get a 986 Boxster for $15k and that has a great aftermarket support system and is a far superior car in all aspects.
