This is pretty interesting, and since it launches inside a capsule, there’s no foam to damage the tiles.

Same. Was also using WA like 10 years ago lol. Also basic math problems in the search bar have been a thing for years now. Same with unit conversions, etc.
Every time I hear about a Twitch streamer it’s because they’re a piece of shit. Stop giving them free publicity by writing about them.
Louisville, Colorado, and will soon make the roughly 60 mile (96 kilometer) journey to the Neil Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio
I don’t get the “Google search is bad” thing. I use it maybe 10-20 times a day or so, maybe 70% what I am looking for is in the first 3 results. Maybe 10% it is further down the 1st page, 10% I find the results after changing my search query, and 10% I think it doesn’t really exist online in the form I want.
It should never be used to depict human faces in anything approaching closeup.
Hollywood as a whole has gone CGI mad.
There is perfectly reasonable explanation for this, and even a term. Enshittification.
The giant spider is a really important part of Kevin Smith’s one-man show from like, 2003.
I get my melanin the same way any other pasty white, middle aged guy does. From the Coagula Procedure.
If these claims hold up and if the material isn’t costly, this super-melanin could change the world for the better--no hyperbole. Just amazing.
It’s weird believing that we should absolutely be building planned cities and that we could absolutely intentionally and collectively put our effort into making our society more utopia-like, but living in this reality, where techbros are the only people interested in doing it and they seem to have no idea how to hire…

Yeah, I thought Mafia 2 was a great follow-up to the first game. It was short, sure, but so were most games released around that time. I’ll take short ‘n sweet over long n’ bloated.
And also he’d have to go to the bank every week to cash it. Then to pay bills he’d have to go and pay cash for money orders at 7-11. otoh he's lying.
Thank you. Came here to say something similar. Why is Kylie taking this at face value & concluding the guy is broke when he’s JUST the type of wingnut to keep all his money in cash/gold bullion/crypto/offshore accounts instead of trusting the “corrupt” banking system/swamp.
According to the bombshell report, Johnson “has never reported a checking or savings account in his name, nor in the name of his wife or any of his children,” and nor does he disclose any assets or stocks.
This. I am much more confident that Johnson is blatantly not disclosing his holdings for reasons that make sense only to him, rather than that he has no money.
I am flummoxed that the take here is that Johnson is somehow one of those “broke boys”, instead of some mixture of the evils of Republican loopholes (and competent exploitation thereof) and the torrent of improper disclosure (and other financial) scandals even Jez has been covering
