Exactly. The characters that were cheering Homelander on at the end of season 3 are the fictional equivalent of a lot of capital-G Gamers.
The nice thing is, it’s old enough that it’ll probably run on anything now.
Also, people can run their own servers. It’s a real bummer that other companies can just kill a game because they won’t let anyone but them run the servers.
Yup. If you refuse to sell something to me, I’m going to pirate it. This applies to everything, not just games. HBO/Disney/whoever removes a show or movie from their service, and doesn’t sell it anywhere else? Guarantee it’ll be available through piracy.
I think I know what you mean. I don’t think I ever tried to that specifically, but I can see how that might be counterintuitive.
The Recall power is not broadly useful enough because it doesn’t work alongside the Ultrahand ability.

I always thought of the Butlerian Jihad as less of a literal war, and more a recognition of the ways thinking machines were causing galactic stagnation. More WALL-E than Terminator. So humanity wiped them out and vowed not to do that again.
I’ve never subjected myself to the prequels, but I just can’t imagine looking at something like Dune and thinking, “you know what this needs? Killer robots.”
