I don't agree, but your description sells the concept :)

LOL. Seriously. ^_^

Yup, yup, yup. I remember one incident in particular from my childhood that really stuck with me. I was in kindergarten, and we were making these handprints in clay for our dads for father's day. My mom was volunteering in the classroom that day, and when I refused to put my hand into the cold, wet, messy clay, my

OR!!! ChexMix with cheesy popcorn IN IT. This is my dream.

The entire back? That might be okay. I was imagining it was just diamonds over the waistline.

I'd be right there with you, but I swear I'm seeing cut-outs at her side, and it isn't working for me. I love a suit on a woman, and I admire women who can rock it without a blouse as Goop is here, but cutouts? NAY, SAY I.

Agreed. For me, I think it's that the neckline is quite wide and the white panels go right out to the shoulders, making her look top-heavy.

I hate them, but they're perfect with this outfit.

Jeebus.

It's amazing how much abusers can play on that self-doubt, too. It's like they can smell it.

How I'd save this look: Hack off the skirt, replace it with a shin-length matte satin skirt with a bit of a flare to it and a light crinoline underneath.

Something about this dress makes me think of that line from Monty Python's "Holy Grail": "Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government".

She's so pretty it makes my brain hurt a little. Great dress on her.

I wish this was knee length. Gorgeous colour, though.

Yes! To match the detail on the bust! That would have been pretty excellent.

I kind of hope this dress has a V of exposed back, just to offset the high neck, long sleeves, floor length cut. Not that she doesn't look fantastic - she does - just that it's a very heavy look if she's fully covered.

HELLLLLP USSSSSS WE CAN'T BREEEEAAAAATHE

Something about the black stockings isn't working for me. Bare legs or white might have been better...that black band is just so distracting. And given the bust of this dress, that a stocking top is the part that's distracting says a lot.

It means that many of us had heard stories of him being disrespectful of women's boundaries in multiple small ways, but it didn't occur to us that he was so much worse than just slimy.

Yeah...the bear reminds me of a particularly horrible note in the Homolka case...she gave one of the victims (Kristen French I believe) a bear.
