Honestly, I replayed the trilogy again right before Andromeda and even though there’s a lot of good dialogues, an amazing lore and some really good plots, the original trilogy quests isn’t that far from what we see in MEA. As for me, I’m loving it. With some scary reviews, I went into this expecting it to be a letdown, but I’m hooked. Since the game was released all my free time has been Mass Effect. It’s been too long for me to accurately say how I feel it compares to the previous games, but the very fact that I’d need to replay them…

It reminds me a lot of Mass Effect one. Cool ideas that didn’t fully form. Some missed opportunities, some bad designs, but a solid starting point. Only now, we aren’t really being introduced to a whole new world like we were in ME1, and we have three whole games with fond memories to unfairly compare this one to.
