Thank you! People who say almond milk uses too much water/is too wasteful but happily drink cow’s milk are delusional. The meat and dairy industry use a massive amount of water to keep their animals alive and are so environmentally toxic.

Some brands of almond milk have a higher percentage of calcium per cup than dairy milk. It also doesn't expire nearly as quickly, IME.
