Totally disagree. For all his amazing gifts and highlights, Sean Taylor was a million times bigger in death than he was when he actually played. Boycotted the media right out of college and kept it up throughout his whole career, so he had no relationship with the fans despite being worshiped. That meant he got less

Seems to me like he just lost concentration by forgetting that it was a back pass. Not the best back pass, but the goalie shouldn’t have had any trouble kicking it away. Look at the line he takes when he comes out to meet the ball. He’s either planning to fall on it on his left side or he misjudges the speed and

I mean in fairness to this guy, the ball never should’ve been passed back to him in the first place. It looks to me like he tried to respond to the striker’s pressure by going down and trying to get it with his hands until he remembered that the pass had come from his own teammate so he couldn’t. Even if he had

Looks like he was just gonna slide and grab the ball with his arms/hands... but realized too late that he couldn’t do that (since the ball was kicked to him by a teammate).

Still faster than David Ortiz

Punching up is not bullying, it’s trying to stop the guy up top from stepping on your fingers.

NEVER LOST

More generally, the definition of an earned run - “any run that scores against a pitcher without the benefit of an error or a passed ball” - implies that the “earning” is done by the offense, NOT by the pitcher. The idea isn’t that the pitcher has earned his fate, it’s that the offense legitimately manufactured a run.

Thanks for posting something that was already explicitly mentioned AND linked to in the article, just in case anybody else is just as incapable of reading the article as you apparently are.

After listening to the audio, and how chill she was during the whole landing, I was expecting her to put in a lunch order for her and the co-pilot.

What? No mention of their now-deleted tweet as to how the game would certainly go on tonight because of the roof?

Well, first of all, this is 90% on Starbucks. If they don’t call the cops, then none of this happens. Trespassing?!? In a fucking coffee shop. Fuck you. You put an open sign in the front window; nobody is trespassing.
